A powerful shape and titanium case characterise Porsche Design very first split-seconds chronograph. Limited to 200 pieces in its PVD titanium version and to 50 for the PVD titanium and pink gold version, this COSC-certified chronograph gives intermediary times. When the chronograph has been started, the two direct-drive seconds hands will set off simultaneously. The split-seconds hand can be stopped by pressing on the left pushpiece; this will indicate the first time. Meanwhile, the other hand will continue moving. Pressing a second time will release the split-seconds hand and allow it to catch up with the other hand. Superposed once again, the two hands will carry on together.
The Porsche Design is equipped with automatic movement, Valjoux 7750 AR 2 calibre, COSC-certified chronograph,with the functions(Hours, minutes, seconds, date, chronograph with split-seconds function),black PVD titanium case, or black PVD titanium and 4 N (18K) pink gold case, 45 mm diameter,other specifications include anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal with the minute track printed on the inside,50 m water-resistant,black honey-comb dial,white or gilded skeleton hands, rhodium-plated or gilded Arabic numerals and baton hourmarkers with grey Superluminova,black hour, minute and small seconds counters at 6, 12 and 9 o’clock respectively,black direct-drive centre seconds hands with red or green tip,date at 3 o’clock,black natural rubber strap grooved on the inside, black PVD titanium folding clasp.
